BCFPE Plans Legislative Strategy

*Click for the flyer*  Baltimore County Federation of Public Employees (BCFPE) president John Ripley has scheduled a meeting to discuss the Baltimore County Correctional Officers' Bill of Rights. The bill was proposed in Maryland’s last legislative session, but was not passed. BCFPE plans to promote the bill’s passage in the 2014 legislative session in Annapolis.

Correctional Officers, Corporals, Sergeants and Lieutenants should attend this informative meeting to get a better understanding of how the bill will help protect officers' reasonable rights and to learn what can be done to help get the bill passed.

The meeting will be held Wednesday, July 10, 2013, at 4:00 p.m. at the Baltimore County Police FOP Lodge 4, 9304 Harford Road, Baltimore, Maryland.

For more information, contact BCFPE president John Ripley at 410-296-1875.
