THE EX. BOARD WILL BE REVIEWING PROPOSED CONSTITUTIONAL & BYLAW CHANGES FOR ADOPTION AT THE NOVEMBER 6 & DECEMBER 4th MEETINGS. MEETING WILL BEGIN AT 3PM AT THE UNION OFFICE. BCFPE MEMBERS ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND
