BCFPE Member Danielle Singley for Personnel and Salary Advisory Board

BCFPE members! 

Your union urges you to support one of our own, Danielle Singley, for the employee elected member position on the Personnel and Salary Advisory Board for Baltimore County. Singley has worked for the county for a decade, and in her time she has worked shoulder-to-shoulder with other county employees to deliver high quality service from the Department of Aging.

Currently she is a 35-hour merit Senior Affairs Associate II and manages a county-wide program that provides case management services to homebound, socially isolated older adults with disabilities, and connects them with direct-service volunteers throughout Baltimore County.

Danielle believes in cultivating, supporting, investing in, and building up county employees because that will improve employee engagement, retain employees, and ensure a fair and equitable workplace. 

To this end, please vote for Danielle Singley for the PSAB position. If elected, we can ensure that she will always demand just cause be proven in all disciplinary cases before her, and that progressive disciplinary principles are properly applied.

We expect the ballots will be mailed out at the beginning of May, so be on the lookout for your ballot at home.
