Dear BCFPE Union Members of Pay Schedule 1C:
You will receive an email in your Baltimore County email address from “Baltimore County Federation of Public Employees [invitations@mail.electionbuddy.com]” at 6:00 A.M. on Friday, October 27, 2023 with the link to vote on the 12 Hour Shift Change Tentative Agreement. The voting process will be open until 6:00 P.M. on Monday, October 30, 2023.
Only members will be eligible to vote.
Your email will contain a County authorized link from a proven third-party election and voting company, Elections Buddy. When you receive the 12 Hour Shift Change ratification ballot email you will be instructed to click on the ballot link. You will be able to see the full tentative agreement and an area to cast your vote. If you have any difficulties or do not receive the voting notice, please notify the Union office by Saturday, October 28, 2023 at 8:00 AM. Requests for assistance and or resending voting ballots will not be processed after October 28th at 8:00 AM.
Please note that you will only be able to vote once.
If you know of anyone that thinks they should have gotten this email but did not, advise them to contact the union to verify membership.
